Summary:                    Users.html patch - added deletevoicemail checkbox
Description: 
The GUI has the "Email only" option in the voicemail section. Though, it
seems to be a non-sense, while the SMTP settings are only allowed in AA50
mode, and 'emailony' parameter is not handled on the opensource edition.

The workaround is to set "deletevoicemail" parameter in users.conf.

This patch does:
- add deletevoicemail option in user / multiple settings (Email only:
[x])
- add the missing variables in emailsettings.html
- hide "Email only" from emailsettings if the platform is not AA50

This patch was tested and is working fine.

This issue is currently being suspended as there are currently no
resources
