Summary: Incoming calling rules
Description:
Often, the "Incoming Calling Rules" screen does not reflect rules that are
in place, especially if they've been changed. Logging out, then in again
does show them.

However, when the GUI generates the incoming rules for a trunk, the
extensions.conf file ends up with two "s,1" rules, followed by an "s,3"
rule for the trunk. Consequently, incoming calls are never answered
because there is no step 2. I manually edit extensions.conf to delete the
superfluous "s,1" step and renumber "s,3" to "s,n" and all's well.

How can this issue be reproduced?

Can you give an initial set of extensions.conf and users.conf and some
steps that will reproduce this problem?
