Summary:                    app_mp3 and chan_local fail
Description: 
This morning I patched chan_local with
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15609 now my asterisk log only
shows half of the call.  When I take the patch out, I hear the audio from
mpg123.  I will attach my dialplan and an example per script

I tried r238009 and it is still not fixed in my above example.  It only
launches Meetme, the the mp3player never executed according to the CLI, but
my user in meetme (the one launched from startmusic.pl) lasted the length
of the mp3, but no audio.  So I don't believe that this is fixed.
