date functions do not work properly, was fixed in issue# 0015765, revision
221754 of file pbx.c but not included in
http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/asterisk/asterisk-1.2.37.tar.gz

therefore if using dates for time-issue only single digits were taken!
e.g. ... *|*|30-31|jan? ... will not work.

As per wdoekes, 1.2 is only receiving security updates, and not bug fixes
as it is in security fix only mode. For a version that is receiving bug
fixes, please see Asterisk 1.4 or higher.
