Description: 
This package installs /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/ and thus creates
/var/log/asterisk.  The ownership on /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv are set to
asterisk:asterisk yet the ownership on /var/log/asterisk is set to
root:root.  It should also be set to asterisk:asterisk.

Also, I'd just like to add...

This is the type of issue I like seeing people report.  If you're aware of
any other places this needs to be done, I would love to hear about them, so
they can be fixed.
