Summary:                    [patch] SRPM source tarball doesn't use the same
filename as the distributed source tarball
Description: 
The SRPM for asterisk 1.8.0 contains a tarball named
asterisk18-sources-1.8.0.tar.gz, while the tarball distributed by itself is
named asterisk-1.8.0.tar.gz.  The purpose of an SRPM is to convert the
distributed upstream tarball into an RPM (or set of RPMs) and thus the
tarball included inside the SRPM should match the one that's distributed by
itself, with any needed changes being made by patches also included in the
SRPM.  Using the same upstream tarball name makes it very easy for an
end-user to rebuild the SRPM with a different version of asterisk on their
own (such as the release candidates) by simply dropping in the new tarball
and changing the version number in the spec file.  Using the different
tarball name and unpacked directory name means they also have to re-pack
the tarball to make it work.
