Summary:                    [patch] SRPM spec file is missing libtool-ltdl-devel
as a BuildRequires
Description: 
When building the SRPM for Asterisk 1.8.0, the ODBC-related packages fail
to build, causing the rpmbuild to fail citing missing files.  Running
menuselect manually shows that the ltdl prerequisite has not been met. 
Installing libtool-ltdl-devel satisfies this dependency and the ODBC
packages then build.
