Summary:                    Missing handling for mandatory
Description: 
getting "Missing handling for mandatory IE 12" considerably often in logs 
and pri's lockups
also seeing many timing slips
processing about 3000 calls a day
multiple pri's - 2 to at&t - 2 to avaya pbx

we do still get  getting "Missing handling for mandatory IE 12"
