Summary:                    Missing handling for mandatory
Description: 
getting "Missing handling for mandatory IE 12" considerably often in logs 
and pri's lockups
also seeing many timing slips
processing about 3000 calls a day
multiple pri's - 2 to at&t - 2 to avaya pbx

We are using digium te220b 
2 2 port t1 cards  - 2 to at&t on bvoip circuit
2 2 avaya system
1 from each card to each system

Please close request as we solved the timing slips, which appears to have
helped the pri lockups.
