too soon or something.

Here is another bt. Looks like the same thing. I don't have the option of
trying it without the patch, but I will take a look at the patch and see
why this might be happening. A crash in an unlock would seem like its being
passed an invalid mutex handle or something. I'll try to spend a little
time in the code tonight and see what I find.
