Summary:                    MOH silence
Description: 
The problem with moh trying to read the 3 text files in the /moh directory
still exists!  I saw another bug report about this exact same issue but I
can't seem to find it.  That was at 1.6.1.6.  They said the fix would be in
the next release.  I just tried the next release (1.6.1.8) and the problem
still exists.  As soon as I delete the text files the moh works.
