Description: 
This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

As this is no longer on the roadmap for 1.6 (but for 1.8 which is announced
for Q3/2010, a whooping five years after the bug with working code was
opened), is there a chance we could get a semi-official patch (!) against
1.6.2? This isn't something that can wait another year, we-the-world need
encryption as soon as possible!
