Summary:                    [patch] add FILE_STORAGE to Voicemail Build Options
Description: 
Right now it's only clear that ODBC_STORAGE and IMAP_STORAGE are
conflicting.
But it's not clear that enabling one of those will remove voicemail
storage on the filesystem.
As discussed on #asterisk-dev we should create a FILE_STORAGE option in
make menuselect to make clear the three are conflicting and you should only
pick the one you are actually going to use.
