Summary:                    Asterisk 1.6.1-rc1 compile bomb in apps/app_rpt -

Description: 
The compile bombs when app_rpt is selected from the "make menuselect"
application.  When the module is included, the compile bombs with undefined
AST_PBX_KEEPALIVE variable.
