Summary:                    wrong Via-branch-id in CANCEL and ACK
Description: 
Hi!

When Asterisk sends a CANCEL it uses a new branch-id instead of using the
same as in the INVITE. Then, the ACK to the 487 also uses this wrong branch
id. See the trace below.

The strange thing is, that I observe this only on a single Asterisk box.
