Summary: Standard macro's cannot be customized
Description:
It is not possible to customize the standard macro's (macro-stdexten,
macro-stdexten-followme, macro-pagingintercom)
On every login, they will be reset to default.
Since there is no option to select a different macro set other then the
default for a user, this is an issue.
