Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

I've uploaded asterisk-1.4.19-chan_sip-loop-detection-fix-v2.patch which is
an improved version of asterisk-1.4.19-chan_sip-loop-detection-fix.patch -
I now combine the old _state-based criterion with the new got-OK-for-invite
flag and the flag is also set in the re-invite case.
