Summary:                    Asterisk segfault at startup/ael reload
Description: 
I have a reasonably large and complex dialplan, and after I added a switch
statement pbx_ael started crashing most of the time (but not always) after
an "ael reload" command, or on startup when loading the dialplan.

I've attached the 'bt full' from a core from asterisk with DONT_OPTIMIZE
set. It took some doing this time, I only managed to reproduce it after a
dozen or more restarts and reloads...
