Summary:                    xpp/dahdi_genconf
Description: 
genconf_parameters does not install to /etc/dahdi/ so use of dahdi_genconf
produces an error because it can not find the file.

The patch I attached is not the correct fix as it only handles the 'make
install' case and not others.  Deleting...
