Summary:                    xpp/dahdi_genconf
Description: 
genconf_parameters does not install to /etc/dahdi/ so use of dahdi_genconf
produces an error because it can not find the file.

This is a leftover from the time when there were two potential config files
and this test was supposed to check that exactly one is in use. 0 is also a
valid number now.

This is an issue in Dahdi::Config::GenconfDefaults
