Summary:                    [patch] Support for generic HFC-4S cards
Description: 
A patch to add some basic support of other HFC-4S -based PCI cards (such as
the ones made by Junghanns). 

Status: gets rid of the echo canceller messages when not needed, but still
needs work.

Specifically:
* It adds too broad a range of cards (which also include bero.net cards) 
* The range may include some 2-ports cards, which will probably not work.

Not yet tested to work, though it it is at least configured.

in my environment, few things happened: 
1) there is no pri show spans or pri ... under asterisk console? i
installed dahdi-linux and dahdi-tools. Version is: SVN-trunk-r5288M
2) the command dahdi show status looks ok.

the cable is plugged in port 1, if i change to port 2, port 2 shows ok. 
3) the result of dahdi_test is same with the result jdg reported.
4) i try to capture the voice using dahdi_monitor, there is no any signal
in voice file.
