Summary: No hangup after attended transfer
Description:
A, B, C are all SIP telephones registered to OpenSER, which proxies all
calls to Asterisk. A calls B, which does an attended transfer to C. A and C
are then talking. C hangs up, but Asterisk never sends a SIP BYE to A.

Unfortunately OpenSER is integral to the architecture. In any case, we can
definitely see in the trace that it's Asterisk that is not sending the BYE.
