In function_enum, the args.record parameter is never evaluated. 

That's also a bug in ast_get_enum, which does not offer a seperate
parameter for this.

Guys, I'm currently not in the position to promise a quick code review and
testing.

regarding i-ENUM numbers, there are a few entries under i.3.4.e164.arpa,
e.g. 0.0.0.1.6.0.3.1.i.3.4.e164.arpa. ( = +4313061000 ). Please don't call
this number, though.

some of the algorithms I implemented a year ago for asterisk are no longer
in the current IETF drafts. For the latest specs, see
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-enum-combined-08
