Summary:                    Voice Menus - Fail to Load
Description: 
When selecting Voice Menus from the left hand menu bar, the status bar
shows Loading Screen........ however nothing appears

I have tried accessing the same menu using IE and also Firefox and the
effect is the same.

All other menus work OK

Try to use a default extensions.conf
(http://svn.digium.com/view/asterisk/trunk/configs/extensions.conf.sample?revision=101220)

Then load that page again.
