Summary:                    Fix for trunks in ie
Description: 
Related to bug http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=0010704, provider list does
not populate in IE. Inserting a
break in the for loop inside the insertOption() function in astman.js seems
to fix the issue in IE.
