Summary:                    Cannot transfer voicemail in IMAP
Description: 
Voicemail has imap storage. When attempting to transfer a voicemail, after
entering a valid voicemail number, we get :

WARNING[21056]: app_voicemail.c:1532 copy: Unable to open
/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/224//msg0000.txt in read-only mode

and got out of VM.
