Summary:                    [patch] Forwarding of an IMAP message may set the
message to Urgent inadvertently.
Description: 
If there are urgent messages in the INBOX and a user forwards a message
(even if it is not urgent), the message will be forwarded as urgent (when
using IMAP storage).  This patch fixes the issue by properly tracking the
state of urgent messages.
