Summary:                    [patch] zaptel.init ztdummy loading notification
could be clearer
Description: 
Currently, if no hardware timing source is found by the zaptel init script,
it loads ztdummy with the message "No functioning zap hardware found in
/proc/zaptel, loading ztdummy" which could potentially be confusing to
users who have hardware such as the TC400B, which uses a Zaptel driver but
is not considered "zap hardware" in this context.

Clarify a message.  Some hardware doesn't provide timing, so this could be
confusing.
