Summary:                    fxstest.c exits before phone can ring, on ring test
Description: 
fxstest.c has an option to RING an fxs station.

However, there is no sleep after the IOCTL, which causes the program to
exit, before the phone can ring.

A usleep() or sleep() before exiting, allows the station to ring.
