Summary:                    [patch] Fedora prefers /etc/modprobe.conf to
/etc/modules.conf
Description: 
Fedora by default seems to use /etc/modprobe.conf instead of
/etc/modules.conf (but will use /etc/modules.conf if there).

Also, somehow the default base address for the ISA torisa driver somehow
got dropped from the makefile
