Summary:                    Patch for 10552 changes behavior people used to use
Description: 
After patch for issue 10552  asterisk does not hangup E1 channel
immediately after DISCONNECT messages was received if the message reports
"inband audio". While I clearly understand the intent, I'm seeing that my
local telco actually says "inband audio" while nothing special (like voice
message) is available - so the telco just plays ordinary busy/fast busy
tone after DISCONNECT message.

So when user who is on the MeetMe conference disconnects, other
participants hear beep-beep for another 30 seconds (before RELEASE message
from telco).

Before this patch libpri used to disconnect channel immediately and people
may rely on that.

To me it should be configurable option.

Thought I got all of those... corrected in SVN, will be in the next
release, but since the variable names are correct, I'm not going to make a
new release just for the comment fixes.
