Description: 
When getting back an Moved Temporarily from the called party the transport
information in the contact header is not used for the next invite based on
promiscredir=yes.

That's another issue - the TCP/TLS patch is very immature and needs some
serious work. We need a way to define transport in the dialplan, right.
