Description:
When getting back an Moved Temporarily from the called party the transport
information in the contact header is not used for the next invite based on
promiscredir=yes.

To send the invite to the dialplan is possible is promiscredir=false but
then the something like
Dial(SIP/1234 at 192.168.0.10:3456;transport=tcp) should be possible
otherwise only with the transport parameter in sip.conf the tcp parameter
can be set.
