Summary:                    MeetMe doesn't work with Monitor and Zap channels
Description: 
When called with from Zap channel, the following snippet created a 456 byte
blah456-out file, but the blah456-in was OK.

exten => 888,1,Monitor(wav|blah456)
exten => 888,2,MeetMe(555,dxA)

This is not a problem with SIP channels.

Don't do conferencing totally in Zaptel if Monitor is running on the
channel.
