chan_zap.c:1625 zt_set_hook: zt hook failed: Device or resource busy
Description: 
If you dial the another extension and while it rings, just press Hangup -
but hold it 0.5 secs (not long) - than you 
get chan_zap.c:1625 zt_set_hook: zt hook failed: Device or resource busy

for more easier reproduction of this set the
flash=500
rxflash=150
threewaycalling=yes
transfer=yes
canpark=yes

Additionally - If you quickly press hook (flash) with default setting in
zaptel - you lose line - and hear some strange sound (like modem - possibly
FSK) - but remote still rings and you hear clicks in phone while it rings
(ring back?). - Seems asterisk thinks that phone is hangup but it does not
