Summary:                    Unable to Create Outgoing SIP Channel
Description: 
I recently upgraded from 1.4.15 to 1.4.16.2. When I try to make an outbound
call, I get the following:

[Dec 20 19:12:28] WARNING[2352]: chan_sip.c:2898 create_addr: No such
host: thunder-trunk-1
[Dec 20 19:12:28] WARNING[2352]: app_dial.c:1191 dial_exec_full: Unable to
create channel of type 'SIP' (cause 3 - No route to destination)
  == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

Reverting to 1.4.15, this problem goes away. I've also tried the latest
SVN version to no avail. I'm not sure exactly which of the following
corresponds to the version that I checked out, but here's what I got:

Checked out external at revision 51.
Checked out revision 238.
Checked out revision 94395.
