Summary:                    asterisk gui -- user form not working
Description: 
user form fieelds are disabled "greyed" out.
i cannot sdee alleready created extensions in the left list.
and when trying to create a new extension the form remains gray.

i have downloaded the gui from svn as it was posted on the digium web site
on the instalation instaructions 
the asterisk version is 1.4.18
running in an ubuntu 7.10 with opterin dual cpu 
i have got thhe same effect on either linux platforms running fireforx 2
or windows machines running ie 7 

please specify wih branch to get code if it will improve situation
