Summary: Callers on Hold in SLA that hang up do not change
status in SLA
Description:
If a caller hangs up while on hold in the SLA - the status does not change
, thus the phones think the call is still on hold. The only way to get rid
of it, is for another call to come in or for a phone to check the SLA and
hangup.
