Asterisk-Addons 1.4.5 still wont build with codec negotiation patch
applied.

chan_h323.c.patch1 is more correct version of chan_h323 patch.

However still can't make a call from sip endpoint to h323 endpoint.
The call just disconnects when I try to dial and I don't see any request
on gnugk.

However without codec negotiation patch chan_ooh323 almost works. I can
see request coming from asterisk on gnugk.
