Summary: DTMF problem on 1.4.17
Description:
Hi,

when a call is being passed over from AS5400 via PRI to SIP into asterisk,
dtmf is working in 1.4.11 but not on 1.4.17

tbsky,
to me it looks like completely unrelated issue and I would fill another
issue on Mantis.
The key here is the following log line:

726] channel.c: DTMF end '1' received on SIP/3340-0820e220, duration 86880
ms

which means frame's len field value is way too large. This looks like bug
in rtp.c or something. If I had to investigate such an issue, I would be
interested in:
1. inclusion of rtp debug into debug output in addition to DTMF debug
2. value of rfc2833compensate parameter for the peer.

But again, I would fill another issue.
