Description: 
Matt - add a quick bit of code for the original called number parm..

Uses SS7_ORIG_CALLED_NUM to Noop it if it is received... Didn't put in the
ability to set it and send it out.

These patches are quite large for a "quick bit of code".  Looks like you
included a lot more than you intended to here.
