This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

umberto71: The first thing that you would need to do is get a disclaimer on
file with Digium.  The 1.6.0.1 patch wouldn't be posted here as all "new
features" are made against the trunk branch.  I have jpeelers branch merged
up to date with trunk located at http://svn.digium.com/svn/team/group/srtp.
 Does your version have additional changes?  If so, after getting a
disclaimer on file with Digium, if you could post the patches relative to
the srtp branch, that would be great!  Thanks.
