This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

umberto71: you could post it here, however, that patch would never be
merged into Asterisk as new features will not go into an existing release.

My recommendation would be to use the current branch in order to
facilitate not having to track down issues that would have been previously
fixed in addition to the testing of the secure RTP patch.
