Summary: Simple changes in GUI affecting Zap trunks
Description:
Scenario:

Asterisk box with TDM400 with 3 FXO and 1 FXS modules. Calling rules are
set so that outbound calls go out the 3 FXO ports. I go into the GUI and
change the name of a user, click save, then click Activate Changes. Now,
when I try to dial out of outbound trunk the calls are going out of the FXS
port not 1 of the 3 FXOs. I have to issue a "restart now" command to get
the trunks working correctly.

ZAP/1 - ZAP/3 are my FXO
ZAP/4 is FXS

I also have this same issue on another server with a TDM2400

Here is the correct info from the CLI:

Executing [95281038 at numberplan-custom-1:1] Macro("SIP/6004-085c1858",
"trunkdial|Zap/G1/5281038") in new stack
    -- Executing [s at macro-trunkdial:1] Set("SIP/6004-085c1858",
"CALLERID(all)=") in new stack
    -- Executing [s at macro-trunkdial:2] Dial("SIP/6004-085c1858",
"Zap/G1/5281038") in new stack
    -- Called G1/5281038
    -- Zap/3-1 answered SIP/6004-085c1858
    -- Hungup 'Zap/3-1'

Here is the incorrect info from the CLI after changing a name in users in
the GUI:

Executing [95281038 at numberplan-custom-1:1] Macro("SIP/6004-085d67a8",
"trunkdial|Zap/G1/5281038") in new stack
    -- Executing [s at macro-trunkdial:1] Set("SIP/6004-085d67a8",
"CALLERID(all)=") in new stack
    -- Executing [s at macro-trunkdial:2] Dial("SIP/6004-085d67a8",
"Zap/G1/5281038") in new stack
    -- Called G1/5281038
    -- Zap/4-1 is ringing
    -- Zap/4-1 is ringing
    -- Hungup 'Zap/4-1'
