Summary: dringXrange defaults to 0, not 10
Description:
For dringX, dringXrange == 0 unless "dringXrange= " is specified. Adding
either "dringXrange=0" or "dringXrange=10" to zapata.conf restores 1.4
behavior.

I believe this patch should fix the defaulting of these arguments. They
were only being defaulted if the option was specified.
