Summary:                    crashes with Wildcard TE420
Description: 
I'm experiencing regular crashes with a Wildcard TE420 (4th Gen) card using
asterisk-1.4.19 and zaptel versions 1.4.9 and 1.4.10. (Haven't tried it
with older versions, since it is a new box and a new card.)

The crash sometimes occurs when there is activity on the span (e.g. when a
new call arrives). Since I replaced the card with a Wildcard TE210P, I
couldn't reproduce the crash anymore. However, with both cards unloading
the kernel module crashes as described in issue 0012387
(http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12387).
