Summary:                    Call quality problem for IAX2 channel with G729
codec
Description: 
I have tested asterisk 1.2.17 with zaptel 1.2.19 with TDM400P card for PSTN
line call.

All works ok except IAX2 channel with G729 codec.

By the time I set allow=g729 codec only, and I use IAX2 phone to make PSTN
call, I can hear remote end as normal, but remote end cannot hear anything
initially, after a while remote end can only hear some pieces of sound
(Totally not understandable)with delay.

I have called Digium support and after monitoring my server, they said the
problem is with the IAX channel driver and suggest me to report a bug here.
