Summary:                    Added Analog DID for Sweden
Description: 
I have added functionality to the Asterisk PBX software (v1.2 and v1.4):

* Purpose: to be able to interface a PBX using Decadic signalling
  for DID (Direct Inward Dialling), the type used in Sweden.

* Status: up and running since 2006-12-12 (Asterisk version 1.2).
  An Asterisk with these additions connected to a legacy PBX does DID.
  Also tested with version 1.4.

I have written a short description, se attached file
Decadic_DID_2007-05-21.txt. The patches are for Asterisk 1.4 (1.2 are
quite similar.)

Here is a new patch. It took a few days to make it since I wanted to test
it, and my test box almost lost a disk.

I didn't know that the disclaimer procedure is online now, so I also
uploaded
a photo of the (physical) disclaimer, the one I previously faxed.

Also, I uploaded the standards document for decadic dialing (in Swedish
and English). Just in case you want to look at the gory details of analog
signaling.

I have not included patches for the Sangoma files, since they are the
same.
