This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

So how can I download the right version of minisip?
I tried with
svn checkout -r3250 http://svn.minisip.org/minisip/trunk/libmikey
libmikeyr3250.
But with
$cat version
0.4.1+r3249
And it depends on libmtuils, lib..etc. etc.
so I need the right version of minisip to get. How?
