Summary:                    Problems when doing an attended and unattended
transfer with Thomson Phones
Description: 
When doing an attended transfer (party A -> B -> C) the phones A & B start
ringing after they finished the active call, but there is no audio
(ghostcalls)

When doing an unattended transfer the phone B (transferrer) start ringing
immediatly after transfering the party A to C.

OK let's elaborate somewhat more here..
Since there has already been quite somethings done to solve this issue..

First I did quite some digging into this issue myself.
Then with some help of Olle Johannson I discovered much similairity with
issue 10868. So I had my original issue 10696 related to that one.
However there seemed to be differences between my issue and 10868
So again I needed  to create a new issue.... this one!

Attached you will find two zip files..
attended.zip -> containing the original issue during attended tranfers
unattended.zip -> containing the original issue during unattended tranfers
